Add ML premium

In addition to the current credit buy options, I'd like to suggest ML premium for 9,99 euro / month. This gives you:

• 100 credits at season start instead of 15

• training report

• extra match report with an in-depth analysis of each player with for each type of player action the amount and the succes rate, also player performance per 15 minutes of the match

• the option to activate an auto rest option that automatically rests players that would otherwise have below 100% match fitness

• match reports with an in-depth analysis for players you watch

• no adds

• automatic stadium repair

The minimum duration would be 1 year.

ML starter

Also I'd like to suggest ML starter for 2,99 euro / month which gives you:

• 30 credits at season start instead of 15

• training report

• no adds

with a minimum duration of 3 months. This would be great for starters who want to be able to play 30 - 60 friendlies each season with no worries.
