You are given one youth player (17 years old) at the start of each season. The position is completely random and the Q is based on your division and your youth facilities.

Well, you can never know how good the quality of your youth is, but the minimum quality of the players depends on how much you have upgraded your youth academy and what division you are in. Here is a list of what the minimum quality of your youth will be.

You will Still recive a new youth even though your squad is full (30 players).
If more than one of your players retire during season change, leaving you with less than 18 players, you will get one regular youth, if you still dont have 18 players, you will get random players, normaly with quality between 50 and 60.

If you think more of your players will retire, i recomomend you to either sell or sack them befor season change, to avoid getting those kinds of players.
